These pictures are from the bottling process for the Plum Island Merlot 2005.

This is the final siphoning process which will remove the last of the sediments.

Getting out the last drop of wine

We are now ready to bottle it

The bottles have been cleaned and prepared

Each bottles is filled up ..

 ... and then the bottle is put in the corker

 ... and the cork is inserted


Now the bottles are ready for labeling, racking and aging... or drinking!
